Included in plan:

Hot and Cold-water pipes inside property from the stopcock (internal stopcock included)
Cylinder Repair (If cylinder needs replacing this is subject to £150+VAT excess) (please see exclusions)
Waste pipes and traps
Cold Water Storage tanks repair and replacement (if not asbestos or steel)
Immersion Heaters
Toilet Syphons
Toilet Ball Valves
Tank Ball Valves

Isolation Valves
Solder Fitting Leaks
Tap Connectors
Plastic Pipe Leaks
Compression Pipe Leaks
Radiator Valves
Flexi Hose Pipes

Soil pipes (that are made from plastic and above ground)

HEATING

Included in plan:

Annual natural gas Boiler Service – No excess
Cylinder Service – No excess
Unvented cylinder component repair or replacement (provided the cylinder has been serviced yearly)
Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (subject to an extra cost outlined in terms and conditions below)
Zone Valves
Expansion Vessels (if not down to lack of service)
Bypass
Radiator Valves (standard type)
Central Heating Pumps

Heating Controls (excluding Smart Controls)
Replacement gas Boiler if it is less than 7 years old and had the annual service every year
Standard Radiator Replacements (see definitions below)
Gas Supply Pipe (provided it is the correct size for appliance)
Gas Leaks (our engineers will make safe)
Gas Leak Repair (provided they are not concealed and/or made from anything other than copper tube)
Gas Leak Detection
Frozen condensate pipework

LCA have been brilliant both times I’ve used them, they were able to come out the following day for our latest problem and everyone has been so friendly and efficient. Lee had to give us the bad news that we needed a new boiler but he was really understanding and gave us costs, lead times and booked us in there and then for a really good price. Excellent standard of work, done in good time and well priced. Bathroom was left in a really clean state and the plumber was professional and talked through the job in detail with me. The team was professional and courteous at every step, delivering a high standard finish. There was no rubbish left behind, no mess around the site and most importantly, I didnt need to spend any time fixing post-installation damages afterwards as there were none.
Shout out to Michelle as well for the initial inspection and a quote. They too held a very high standard while on the call.
