LCA have been brilliant both times I’ve used them, they were able to come out the following day for our latest problem and everyone has been so friendly and efficient. Lee had to give us the bad news that we needed a new boiler but he was really understanding and gave us costs, lead times and booked us in there and then for a really good price. Excellent standard of work, done in good time and well priced. Bathroom was left in a really clean state and the plumber was professional and talked through the job in detail with me. The team was professional and courteous at every step, delivering a high standard finish. There was no rubbish left behind, no mess around the site and most importantly, I didnt need to spend any time fixing post-installation damages afterwards as there were none.
